Cancellation Policy

ManojDeshwal.com delivers digital downloadable products immediately after successful payment. Therefore, cancellation requests are handled according to the policy below.

1. Order Cancellation

Once payment is successful and the digital product has been delivered or download access has been generated, the order cannot be cancelled.

2. Before Delivery

If payment is successful but delivery has not occurred due to a technical issue, you may contact support for cancellation or refund assistance.

3. Failed or Pending Payments

If your payment fails or remains pending, no digital product is delivered. Any amount deducted due to a failed transaction will be handled by your payment provider or bank as per their settlement timeline.

4. Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally place multiple orders for the same product, please contact us within 48 hours. After verification, eligible duplicate payments will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.
